The Veterans Day ceremony was very well attended. I heard many complements about the ceremony, thank you to Larry Norburg and the Honor Guard.

Thanksgiving Dinner was a success as usual. Thank you Jodi, Craig and all of the volunteers for their planning and hard work. Thanks to Dan and Vickie for delivering meals to people not able to attend at the Post.

The December Steak Fry will be Saturday the 9th and is hosted by the VFW. Entertainment will be provided by Victor.

Cornhole tournaments are are being held on Tuesdays at 6:30 p.m. and Sundays at 1:30 p.m. Pool leagues are Wednesdays at 7 p.m. and Sundays at 1:30 p.m.

Euchre starts at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, but still starts at 7 pm. On Fridays..

The December Post meeting will be on Thursday the 14th at 5:30 p.m.

The Auxiliary will be not be having their monthly fish and shrimp fry this month due to a conflict with the Christmas walk in downtown Newaygo. We will continue the normal schedule on January 5, 2024

We will be holding our monthly meeting Thursday, December 21st @ 7:00. Please come to the meeting because we need at least 5 people to hold a meeting. Thank you.

Keep an eye on the activities calendar. Please help when you can.

We are looking forward to getting new members and working with all of you on the different activities. With the new members and officers that joined the Post, the Auxiliary would welcome any eligible family members to join.
