August, 2018

Fish Fry is the 3rd of this month. Steak Fry is on the 11th. We are going to have Burrito’s again this month on the 25th, so get the news out. The 2nd of September will be Chicken BBQ. I don’t know when the parade for Logging Fest is. We tried to find it on the internet but their schedule doesn’t go that far ahead.
September 15 will be our Post appreciation day. We will have a band and cooking a hog, plus sides.
Our Honor Guard has been very busy doing honors for veterans who have passed. Great job guys!
Dan Boutell’s sister has passed, as has our member Dick Venema.
Dick Mouthaan is still in hospice as far as I have heard. I hope all is well with everyone.
God Bless our troops in foreign lands and everywhere they are deployed.
Stay safe.
