Labor Day weekend started with the chicken barbecue at noon on Saturday. They sold out of dinners in about an hour.

The Labor Day parade was a noon on Sunday. We had the a trailer with signs, a marching group with flag bearers, and Terry Lopez’s convertible.

The Post fish fry, formerly the Honor Guard fish fry was Friday the 27th with a record turnout. Again, we sold out.. Sorry to those that missed out.

The Auxiliary is hosting a Halloween Trunk or Treat Party October 27 from 1-4 p.m.

The October Steak Fry is Saturday the 12th and is hosted by the Auxiliary.

The October Post meeting will be on Thursday the 10th at 5:30 p.m. We will have some items to vote on.

Cornhole tournaments are held on Tuesdays at 6:30 p.m. Pool leagues are Wednesdays at 7 p.m. and Sundays at 1:30 p.m. Euchre starts at 2 p.m. on Tuesdays and 6:30 p.m. on Fridays.

The VA medical care team (nRex) have extended their hours until 4 p.m. on the First, Third, and Fourth Tuesdays.

The Auxiliary will be having their monthly fish and shrimp fry on Friday, October 4th.

We will also be hosting this months Steak Fry on Saturday October 12. Serving from 5-7 p.m.

We will be holding our monthly meeting Thursday, June 20 @ 7:00. Please come to the meeting because we need at least 5 people to hold a meeting. Thank you.

Keep an eye on the activities calendar. Please help when you can.

We are looking forward to getting new members and working with all of you on the different activities. With the new members and officers that joined the Post, the Auxiliary would welcome any eligible family members to join.
